You can return any item purchased from our website within 30 days, provided it is in the same condition and packaging as when you received it.
No Refunds for wrong orders
No Refund/Returns on Electrical; Trims; Accessories; & Panels after 7 days*
All Mechanical parts: No Refund/Returns after 7 days unless faulty
30% Restocking/Processing Fee on all returns and cancelled orders (Delivered or Not)
To return an item, please contact our customer service team by phone or email to obtain a return authorization number. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within seven business days.
Items You Cannot Return: We do not accept returns for items that have been installed, used, modified, or are special orders not listed on our website. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refund Details: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within seven business days after we receive the returned item. If you paid with a credit card, it may take an additional two to three business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Warranty Coverage: All products sold on our website are accompanied by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe you need to file a warranty claim, please contact us for assistance.
Important Note: Catalytic converters, diesel particulate filters (DPFs), engines, and transmissions are quoted on an exchange basis.
