Eligibility for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a product for a refund. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns.

No Refunds for wrong orders

No Refund/Returns on Electrical; Trims; Accessories; & Panels after 7 days*

All Mechanical parts: No Refund/Returns after 7 days unless faulty

30% Restocking/Processing Fee on all returns and cancelled orders (Delivered or Not)

Return Process: To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Ensure that you have your order number readily available and provide a brief explanation of your reason for returning the item. Our team will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping: Typically, you are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us unless we made an error, such as sending a damaged or incorrect product. Please ensure that you pack the items securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund within seven business days. The refund will be issued to the payment method you used for the original purchase.

Discounts and Coupons: When you purchase an item using a discount or coupon, your refund will be the amount you paid minus the discount or coupon value. If the discount or coupon was applied to multiple items, the refund will be allocated based on the cost of each item, meaning that more expensive items will receive a larger portion of the refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable. This category includes custom-made or special-order products, electrical components, airbags, and any items that have been installed or used. Once these items have been installed or used, they are no longer eligible for a refund.
